"The ice machine was broken. There was a bug problem and the bugs were awful. It made me feel like I was at a scary movie or something. It had a smell that I got sick from. I checked out the next day, because it was no way I was going to stay there another night. I did complain about the bugs, and they stated they have someone to come out and spray weekly. There was even bugs in my room flying around."

"The air conditioner was leaking and the whole floor was soaked. They didn't have any more rooms to accomdate the situation. My son has asthma and is allergic to mold, but luckly he didn't get real sick. The bug problem was very very very bad. It was very creepy how the bugs were crawling around. A couple of bugs got into my room and was flying around. I complained, but there was nothing they could do about the bugs. The maid stated that they spray once a week and it was nothing much they could do. The ice machine was broken. The room was not really clean. The bathroom was not really clean. It was too late for me to find something else, so I had to stay there in that nasty environment. I had a total of three rooms. The only reason I wanted to stay there was because it was a ramada, but it was the worst experience ever. I immediately checked-out the next morning and found another hotel to stay the next night."
